Cowra, an NSW/Vic border town on the banks of the Murray River and home to Cowra Distilling co. Located in the towns iconic old Flour Mill, Cowra Distilling was founded by two footy mates Dean and Beau in 2010.

The whisky is distilled from locally sourced grains and water is taken directly from the Murray River, then aged on-premises in oak barrels. Cowra’s hot days and cool evenings cause the whisky to age faster and draw more flavour out of the wood than in a cooler climate.
